JOB SUMMARY:

This role will be responsible for the end to end implementation and maintenance of all Middleware (Switch), ATMs, HSM, Card and digital applications including 3rd party channel integrations.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES :

  •  Maintain ownership and in depth technical understanding of the Middleware (Switch), ATMs, HSM, Card Management Systems, Call Center, Customer relationship management and third party’s integrations.
  • Work with vendor’s teams to, design, build, and architecture and implement application integrations.
  • Explore and recommend new Digital Applications/Channel options, ideas or improvements to build on the existing platform
  • Explore and contact vendors for desired solutions; evaluate solutions and provide technical recommendations
  • Coordination within IT team, vendor(s), relevant stakeholders for deployment of applications
  • Coordination with internal and external stakeholders for daily operations and for design, functionality reviews, testing, training, etc. of new Initiatives
  • Conduct periodic reviews and make plans/recommendations for upgrades, enhancements to the Applications/Channels from functional and technical perspective
  • Ensure proactive and collaborative management to prevent delays and bottlenecks; escalate issues timely for resolution.
  • Ensure seamless operation and availability of Digital Applications /Channels (ATMs, Middleware, HSM & Call Center).

COMPETENCIES:

  • Should have strong skills in Middleware platform, ATM, HSM and Call Center, with hands-on experience in middleware development, support, integration and management of complex applications.
  • Should have sound knowledge and hands on experience on Development and Integrations techniques of Web portals, Internet Banking, Mobile Apps, SMS banking and backend Engines.
  • Should have strong knowledge and hands on experience of Databases (Oracle, MS SQL).
  • Should have understanding of working/development of API and related terminologies like SOAP, Rest.
  • High level of energy, creativity, flexibility, enthusiasm, commitment.
