Job Summary:

The position is responsible for full life cycle recruitment on business critical roles and will collaborate with and advise hiring managers to identify and acquire strong talent for business.

Job Description:

  • Determine Human Resource needs for entire bank in order to keep the Bank’s mission on track.
  • Prepare annual budgeting of Head Count of the bank in liaison with other departments.
  • Evaluate applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers; interviewing applicants on consistent set of qualifications.
  • Effectively utilize tools such as FINCA Career portal, search engines, job boards, Rozee.pk, LinkedIn and social channels to source candidates
  • Preparation of Job Advertisements for Newspapers, Web Portal & various Social Websites.
  • Generate and submit job postings on job boards and internal/external website
  • Sourcing and finding candidates qualified for open positions using different Job portals and Social Media
  • Conduct job interviews for the managerial job positions (or key jobs in the organization
  • Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements
  • Lead by utilizing quality, repeatable tools and processes that lead to timely and effective recruitment outcomes
  • Establish partnership with local recruitment agencies, universities and other institutions as applicable to extract potential candidates for future needs.
  • Create strong internal and external relationships in the function/industry in order to build a candidate pipeline for current and future openings
  • Design, develop and maintain the recruitment process in the organization (including its description, recruitment measurement definitions, regular measurement reporting, taking proper actions to close gaps)
  • Accomplish Human Resources and Organization mission by completing related results as needed
  • Review of Recruitment and Selection Policy in order to update in accordance with need of the time.
  • Improve organization attractiveness by recommending new policies and practices; monitoring job offers and compensation practices; emphasizing benefits and perks.
  • Explore the market best practices in the recruitment and staffing and implement appropriate best practices in the organization
  • Manage internship program by scheduling, rotations and assignments; monitoring intern job contributions
  • Avoid legal challenges by understanding current legislation; enforcing regulations with managers; recommending new procedures.
  • Ensure all vacancies are filled up with suitable candidates in a targeted time as per approved budget.
  • Minimize agency reliance and cost of hire through effective and timely direct hiring and/or appropriate use of talent mapping
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of robust recruitment and selection processes, tools and reporting
  • Ensure compliance with Recruitment and Selection policies and processes, contributing to the development of these as required
