Develop and execute a strategic marketing plan for the marketing of Bank. Manage the marketing mix from generating awareness, interest and services in geographic markets to helping to further opportunities through strategic input and ideas.
Understand and execute the FINCA brand in all strategies and tactics.
Proactively communicate initiatives and results with local and/or regional offices and marketing team members. Effectively managing internal (IT, Compliance, Legal, SMCC) and external (Vendors, Marketing agencies, Data providers) partnerships to bring full range of organizational and third party capabilities to bear in achieving Marketing objectives.
Implementation and successful execution of marketing programs across all channels. Execution includes, under the direction of Head Marketing, the launching and management of events, sponsorships, promotions, campaigns or initiatives, monitoring the performance against objectives (in partnership with cross-functional partners and department peers) including the tracking, reporting and formal post-campaign analysis in partnership with the team.
Ensure brand advocacy and channel message integrity for all lines of business, ensuring continuity of message and focus.
