  • Responsible for successful roll out of culture initiative

  • Develop and conduct the value ambassador program across organization

  • Ensure successful conversion of Strategy into Action.

  • Maintain the organizational scorecard and ensure cascading of scorecard

  • Conduct roadshows, on floor activities, and engagement activities to invigorate organizational culture

  • Maintain the newsletter of T&D for effective communication

  • Develop and maintain T&D communication strategy for all T&D activities, showcasing, and cascading
