Responsible for the administration & implementation of all phases of work related to the substructure. superstructure & civil engineering work, including pre-construction, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, contract development, shop drawings & submission, design coordination, construction & implementation, space turnover and contrac closeout.
Assist the project Steering Committee in designing the design concept of the project.
Scheduling of all structural trades related activities, coordinated with the overall project schedule requirements. Maintain all work progress from binging to end.
Trade procurement, including the development of bid packages, bid analysis, leveling & scope review and the preparation of trade subcontracts.
Provide technical assistance to project steering committee of FINCA Head Office and establish effective liaison between SE and contractors.
Assessment of subcontractor extra work orders.
Organize and facilitate coordination of trade installation drawings.
Interface with the PSC and Design Consultants facilitate the timely resolution of open design issues and changes.
Monitor and track trade requests for information (RFI’s). Keep PSC informed of all developments through regular briefings on the progress of the project.
Develop and track material, equipment and shop drawings by use or submittal schedules and material and equipment status reports.
Coordinate all work related to the local authorities and local utilities (LDA, LESCO, TIPA, WASA, Building Department etc.).
Assisting the project executive in working with all departments including estimating, scheduling, procurements, labor relations, finance, accounting and other services as required.
Assist in scheduling and management of 3rd party equipment and temporary construction reviews.
