Identify training and development needs with regular consultation with business managers and HRD.
Work closely with management, ensure that policies, programs and processes are developed, implemented, communicated and consistently administrated in compliance with organizational objectives and with relevant laws/regulations.
Design, develop, deliver and assess the impact of staff training for the existing and new joiners.
Supervise & provide support to the soft skill courses development, need assessment and deliver from time to time.
To maintain & manage the employee training database and to co-ordinate with the branches, units of the bank regarding offering training courses and seeking nominations.
Designing and developing training on functional development programs based on both the organization’s and the individuals needs.
Doing cost and benefit analysis for training modules by keeping in mind training importance for company business and individual learning.
Developing effective induction programs and training for new joiners.
Arrange monthly RM meeting with functional heads and make training calendar.
Develop succession planning for key positions.
Prepare training budget.
Amending and revising programs as necessary, in order to adapt to changes occurring in the work environment.
Conduct training on credit appraisal.
Prepare and submit Financial Plan for the training and communication activities and periodically critique the progress against plan and actual to ensure effective results.
Maintain post -training evaluation system to ensure training effectiveness of different programs.
