Head of Business Analysis / Strategy

Job Description (total positions: 1, posted on: Apr 17, 2017)

 

  • Work closely with all business heads to ensure strategy implementation and monitoring
  • Work closely with Finance and Business intelligence to develop a dept. level understanding of the bank’s performance across Business, Operations, Risk, Compliance, IT, HR etc.

  • Assist management in to ensure optimized resource utilization and enhanced business generation

  • Analyze systems and processes to minimize time and costs and improve efficiencies

  • To develop various updates and reports for Management Board and Board of Directors

  • Conduct necessary follow ups for MB and BOD as per the instructions

  • Collaborate with the senior management in evaluating/ managing strategic projects based on business and operational requirements

  • Interact with other HO units for obtaining approvals related to operations and with State Bank of Pakistan for implementing various initiatives aimed at enhancing business growth as well as service quality

  • Evaluate/ assist country offices to operate within approved exposure limits assigned by Head Office and respective regulators
