Manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of Support Services (HR, IT and Finance), through improvements to each function as well as coordination and communication between support and business functions.
Review branch internal audit reports and liaison with branches to maintain and get good audit rating and provide training to branch how to get good audit rating.
Discuss audit findings and develop resolutions with branch staff. Prepare and share strategy for Marginal & Poor Branch Audit rating with HBB for improved audit rating.
Perform any other assignment entrusted by the line manager.
