  • Endorse Branch Operation Staff hPLUS rights allocation & monitor their activities.

  • Ensure all operations staff of the branches is aware of internal and external regulatory framework.

  • Follow up with branches on audit and compliance report and monitor reports loop closing activities.

  • Discuss audit finding with line manager and develop resolution with branch staff.

  • Follow up with branches on data compilation from branches on different report for HO record maintenance.

  • Maintain and updated Branch Operation Staff database all the time for timely recruitment.

  • Follow up and monitoring branches on Start of Day (SOD) & End of Day (EOD) timing.

  • Conduct periodic branch operational sample base assessments to ensure adherence to Bank policy & procedure. Prepare & submit assessment report to line manager.

  • Help region and zone for preparation of reports (based on operations work) for onward reporting to senior management.

  • Assist in implementation and monitoring of policies, procedures and operational projects.

  • Provides support and guidance to the branches on all operations related matters and acts as the primary link between the branch and HO Business Operations.

  • Branch operations staff workload analysis.
