· Meet with decision makers, systems owners, and end users to define business, financial, and operations requirements and systems goals, and identify, report and resolve systems issues in coordination with Information Technology Department.
· Review of procedures, processes and system implementations from controls perspective for all designated applications / processes / systems
· Support Unit Head in management of high impact project and liaise with cross functional teams to ensure smooth transition and implementation of process improvements.
· Provide orientation and training to end users for all modified and new systems
Provide system training and support to head office and branches staff.
