Job Description (total positions: 1, posted on: Jul 13, 2017)

  • Lead functional support and collaborate in the planning, design, development, implementation, upgrade and rolling out of Core Banking and other business applications.
  • Manage system and process changes in Core Banking Application (CBA). This includes, but not limited to, management of change requests in CBA. Further, explore new features of the application to meet user requirements.

·         Meet with decision makers, systems owners, and end users to define business, financial, and operations requirements and systems goals, and identify, report and resolve systems issues in coordination with Information Technology Department.

·         Review of procedures, processes and system implementations from controls perspective for all designated applications / processes / systems

·         Support Unit Head in management of high impact project and liaise with cross functional teams to ensure smooth transition and implementation of process improvements.

·         Provide orientation and training to end users for all modified and new systems

  • Carry out acceptance testing for system upgrades, new features and/or products and fixes/patches.
  • Coordinate DRP/BCP of core banking system testing and provide reports to ensure compliance with IT policy.

Provide system training and support to head office and branches staff.
