Verification of Educational Degrees

  • Responsible to verify all the Educational certificates/ degrees of new joiners

  • Coordination and liaison with all universities

  • Getting necessary information from all relevant universities, colleges, vocational schools, etc., to verify employee’s degrees or certifications as mentioned below:-

    • Employee’s degree/diploma/credential

    • Enrollment Verification

    • GPA Verification

    • Official educational accrediting body

  • Coordinate with Finance for the payment of fee to the concerned university

  • Prepare log sheet of complete cases sent to miscellaneous universities or educational institutions

  • Follow up with universities

  • Receipt of verified copy of degrees from universities

  • Update database for record keeping and file verified copy of degrees into employee’s personal file

Verification of Antecedent

  • Prepare & Maintenance of data base for verification of antecedent

  • Prepare a comprehensive list of employers with point of contacts (HR) addresses

  • Prepare VOA requests, segregate and send to concern employers

  • File VOA copy of requests in the employee’s personal file

  • Follow up of VOA with concerned employers according to TAT

  • Filing of received VOA in concerned employee’s personal file

  • Prepare complete report of VOA, if information different from previous record or negative feedback received from ex-employer and responsible to forward the said case for the initiation of disciplinary action to Employee Relation section

  • Prepare complete report of VOA of those employees who involved in fraud, forgeries & disciplinary action in their previous employments etc
