This role will be responsible for managing the implementation, customization and handling of day to day branchless banking applications issues (Mobilizer platform, associated APIs and channels) in terms of understanding, maintaining, and improving the functionality among the various applications residing in the branchless banking platform.
Liaison with branchless banking/digital channel technology providers and relevant stakeholders
Explore and contact vendors for desired solutions and provide technical assistance
Coordination within IT team, vendor(s), relevant stakeholders for deployment of applications
Coordination with other departments for design, functionality reviews, testing, training, etc.
Own the change management process for Live applications and channels
Ensure proactive and collaborative coordination to prevent delays and bottlenecks; escalate issues timely for resolution
Ensure seamless operation and availability of branchless banking applications

Education & Experience:
Minimum Bachelors in Computer Science or Engineering from a reputed institute. Master degree holders will be preferred
Strong knowledge and experience of PL/SQL and database like Oracle and SQL Server
The candidate must poses good analytical, designing, development and communication skills to handle ongoing implementations, customizations and trouble shooting
