Job Purpose: The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, finalizing and implementing solutions related to new and existing products, modules and services. PM will sets milestones for each project, coordinates efforts between operations, finance, business and other teams, in order to effectively and efficiently deliver projects according to plan. This position works with internal and external stakeholders to bring structure while implementing complex, project-based processes to bring increased efficiency in the delivery of all projects and services.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Coordinates and guides projects throughout their project lifecycle, including systems and processes design. Ensures that projects are completed in accordance with established scope, deadlines, budgets, and technical standards. Prepares appropriate project and supporting documentation throughout the project lifecycle. Manages the identification of risks and issues for proper resolution to ensure successful project implementations.
Builds relationships with project sponsors, stakeholders, technical staff, vendors, and end users
Fulfill procurement formalities, legal reviews, process approvals.
Prepare project plan, track and report progress on regular basis.
Coordination with other departments for design, functionality reviews, testing, training, marketing collateral etc.
Ensure proactive and collaborative management to prevent delays and bottlenecks; escalate issues timely for resolution.
Core Banking Application Domain Knowledge and Hands on Experience of Development and Databases
Ability to anticipate problems and proactively take measures to control or minimize them
Aggressive learner; intense appetite for detail, ability to handle multiple projects and multiple stakeholders simultaneously
Proven working experience for project management, data migration, integrations, architectural skills, core banking administration in core banking domain.
Superior attention to detail exceptional written and oral communication skills. Effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high pressure environment, Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
PMP / PRINCE II certification is a plus
