To provide vision, strategic leadership, planning and guidance for the development, implementation and management of effective and efficient Human Resources operations in accordance to the strategy and plans.

Subject matter expert in administration and implementation of compensation programs, processes, and issues (including base pay, executive compensation, incentive pay, job evaluation, salary survey, market analysis, and recognition programs); ability to participate knowledgeably in the design of compensation programs.
Assist Head HR in design and development of appropriate job leveling structures, salary range structure, and salary administration processes and tools. Monitor the effectiveness of existing compensation policies, guidelines and procedures; recommend revisions, resolve and fix issues, and recommend new plans which are cost effective and consistent with compensation trends and organizational objectives
Responsible for reviewing programs, suggesting modifications, and ensuring achievement of competitive market position and other goals
Assist Head HR in ensuring compensation programs support strategic objectives by remaining knowledgeable of the key business goals.
Provide counsel and consulting to HR business partners, leaders and talent acquisition regarding compensation issues, and handle escalated employee issues as needed.
Contribute to and manage other corporate programs and projects including preparation of the department budget.
Assist Head HR to effectively administer and improve administration of Human Resources programs and services related to talent acquisition, talent management, compensation administration and benefit administration
Regularly inform Head HR of HR Operations performance, initiative progress, and risks. Manage the overall performance of Human Resources Operations to ensure the timely and accurate processing of health & welfare, non-executive compensation, wellness, and leave management programs in accordance to established policies and procedures.
Manage the overall performance of Human Resources Operations to ensure the development and deployment of comprehensive enterprise-wide talent acquisition programs and tactics as well as other talent management programs.
Ensure the performance of HR Operations is cost effective according to budgetary standards. Ensure the performance meets all productivity and quality standards
Develop Human Resources Operations processes, policies, and guidelines. Understand and translate business / Human Resources strategy into Human Resources Operations initiatives
Manage and monitor quality and risk management processes associated with Human Resources Operations including talent management and total rewards administration
Analyze trends and metrics and Continuous Improvement to identify opportunities for improvement in Operations. Manage the implementation of Human Resources Operations process improvements. Define and manage Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Responsible for creating and overseeing the HR Operations budget. Guide Human Resources Operations in the resolution of escalated employee and manager inquiries. Ability to provide leadership for the Human Resources Operations function
Ability to formulate an organizational vision for Human Resources Operations. Accomplished leader in developing organizations and mentoring others, as well as successful in developing diverse high performance teams. Proven ability to collaborate effectively with Human Resources and business leadership. Ability to establish performance metrics for HR Operations functions which align with overall business strategy. Ability to develop and manage organizational budgets.
Supervise employee relation activities. Ensure all staff are well aware of the Bank’s Policies, Code of Conduct, Harassment, Grievance or any other staff related activities that is issuance of show cause notice, responses to staff/ex-staff/staff on suspension etc.
Guide Manager Compensation and Benefits in system implementation including report generation, strategy design that serve to enhance usability and understanding of system.
Demonstrated ability to coach, train and influence diverse groups of HR professionals, and build and sustain professional business relationships.
Excellent oral and written communication skills required.
Conflict management and critical thinking skills essential.
Ability to effectively problem solve, gather and analyze data, and make sound judgments.
Working knowledge of HR modules
HR policies and procedures.
