  • Maintaining Inventory of Branchless banking debit cards at back office.
  • Issuance of debit card to branchless banking customers within TAT against their requests.
  • Provide support to customer and resolution of card related issues
  • Daily/Weekly/Monthly reporting to management with analysis and suggestion.
  • Ensure preparedness of the unit/segment for review and audit by internal/external/SBP Auditors.
  • Identify bottle neck in process flows and product for effectiveness.
