Job Description (total positions: 1, posted on: Feb 12, 2018)

  • To build in house capacity for preparation/designing the layouts plans along with BOQ by a qualified quantity surveyor for upcoming projects and coordinate with architect/consultant for finalization of layout/designing of the proposed branches/HO units  as per guidelines of  the Senior Manager Engineering
  • Preparation/Analysis of BOQs
  • Making of engineers cost estimate before floatation of tenders.
  • Evaluation of tenders submitted by the contractors and preparation comparative statement of submitted tender for itemized cost estimates.
  • Processing/making of approval note for approvals of renovation and refurbishment
  • Coordination with contractor for timely completion of project and make visits to assess the quality of the work for each project
  • Verification of running bills as per site progress and payment schedule. After completion of the project, final bills verification received from contractors and arrange subsequent payments
  • Preparation of design theme book of the Bank in consultation with senior management to maintain one design theme throughout the network and to prepare standard BOQ with detailed specification.
  • Any other task assigned by Senior Manager Engineering
