About the Role:
Information security officer’s purpose will be to establish and enforce security policies to protect FINCA systems and applications infrastructure, networks and data.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Experience in vulnerability assessment, security incident response, application security
Evaluating threats/risks posed by new technologies spanning networks, hardware, software, etc.
Experience in analyzing and responding to advanced cyber threats, technology risk and the motivation/attack vectors of each threat
Develop and coordinate the preparation of monthly and quarterly Security status reporting for Bank Executives
Initiate protective and corrective measures when a security incident or vulnerability is discovered.
Ensure Configuration Management (CM) for security-relevant IS software, hardware, and firmware is documented and maintained
Establish audit trails and ensure their review, and make them available, when required.
Ensure compliance with all systems security requirements and updates, providing guidance and instruction as necessary to the existing personnel.
Maintaining up to date antivirus levels on all devices company wide.
Certification in Information Security Management is preferable
Ability to take ownership of an initiative/issue thru completion
Strong analytical skills/problem solving/conceptual thinking
Ability to work with technical and non-technical business owners
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Able to multi-task and prioritize tasks.
Reporting to Information Security Analyst
