MSME Credit Officer

Business Growth

  • Implements activities related to the enrolment of potential MSME loan borrowers, advising to Bank’s customers on the issues related to loan types and lending terms.
  • Develops and analyzes socio-economic and financial statements (cash flow, income statement etc) of the customer in order to access the financial soundness of the business and his repayment capacity.
  • Summarizes necessary documents due to enrolment in loan issue and prepares loan packages.
  • Submits loan applications for consideration to credit committees as per set TATs.
  • Gains insight on competitors product offerings for MSME clients and provide feedback to the line manager

Portfolio Management & Loan Monitoring

  • After provision of the loan, implements its monitoring in compliance with internal legal regulations of the Bank until the whole maturity of the loan.
  • Maintains continuous contact with MSME clients so that loan and repayment are recovered on a timely basis or through other elements included in FINCAs distribution channel.
  • Implements supervision over loan portfolio serviced by position holder.  In case of the existence of a problematic loan undertakes measures for disclosing and resolving the problem, after consulting with Relationship Manager Asset, branch manager, and MSME Manager.
  • Execute identification within the framework, monitoring of the clients and carry out other activities stipulated by the internal regulations of the Bank.

Policy & Procedural Compliance

  • Conduct, complete and process MSME loan booking/documentation in strict compliance with FINCA’s policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
  • Thoroughly review of FINCA’s policy & processes to understand products and processes.
  • Implements possible risk evaluations related to lending obligations of the customer and maturity of loans.

  • Communicate & develop working relationships with both internal & external customers
  • Internal: Relationship Manager Asset, Branch Manager, Regional Manager, Operations staff, Audit, Compliance, Risk etc.
  • External: Existing Customers and Prospective Customers.
