  • Responsible for Achieving the Business Objectives of the Liabilities Sales Team for the area/region and meet the Value, Volume, and channel Productivity metrics.
  • Responsible for generation of revenues through the sale of  CASA and other Liability Products like Term Deposits, Dormant Accounts, etc. through the Sales Channel.
  • Responsible  for leading  a  large  Liabilities Sales Channel  comprising  of Relationship Managers,  Relationship Executives, and  Business Development Officers and  ensuring Recruitment, Training,  Retention, and  Mentoring of Sales teams
  • Accountable for the overall achievement of Retail performance objectives for the team
  • Responsible to achieve the Cross Sell revenue numbers by penetrating the existing customer base.
  • Establish, build and manage business relationships with the target segment. Target to increase the Business Banking proposition market share and contribution to overall Bank Deposits contribution.
  • Effectively market the Business Banking product proposition to ensure enhancement of the brand and customer service.
  • Process Management: Recommendations for process improvement through analysis of problems on products & processes to improve efficiency
  • Market Analysis: Provide competition market analysis and close tracking of competitive actions to ensure the competitiveness of BB liabilities product proposition
  • Self-Developmental Programs: Pursue your own development to increase personal effectiveness, acknowledging strengths and areas for development
  • Revenue and Profitability on the accounts: Ensure cross-selling of FX and Trade into the portfolio
  • Responsibility for reporting/escalating any serious risks or breach of rules, ensure adherence of all bank’s prescribed processes, standard operating procedures, and central bank requirements
  • Complete KYC procedures to be followed at the time of customer interactions and customer information to be updated regularly
  • Regular cleanup of the portfolio to include retags to take place and ensure complete information is provided at all times about the client
  • Ensure enrolling in training programs (self & team) for product and service to maintain high levels of awareness on the various initiatives in the bank.
  • Overall responsibility for day-to-day management and any other task assigned by Head Liabilities.
