  • Coordinate quantitative & qualitative market research in FINCA’s products and services. Conduct regular focus groups and individual surveys to obtain timely feedback about products and services from the target market and assess demand for new products and services.
  • Keep FINCA abreast with changes in the market and identify new potential markets in order to enable the bank to have a pro-active market strategy and thereby enabling it to be the leader in its field. This entails analyzing and documenting research on studies related to market research.
  • Keep tabs on a couple of existing major products FINCA is launching, chief among them focusing women in the small and micro business sectors.
  • Prepare discussion guides and moderate focus groups with a wide variety of target audience conversing in local languages, such as Punjabi, well. 
  • Develop a regular feedback mechanism from the field staff and clients on competitor’s product features and outreach so that FMB may adopt a proactive strategy in becoming a leading microfinance bank.
  • Conduct impact assessment and consumer insight surveys.
  • Prepare periodic reports, reports for external stakeholders and other similar activities which can help in highlighting our mission and contribution to poverty eradication.
