Job Specification:

  • Live monitoring¬† of all business applications
  • Coordination with all internal departments and vendors regarding resolution of technical issues
  • Manage and monitor applications operations on a day-to-day basis; review and compile monitoring reports
  • Coordinate with vendors for regular maintenance as well as troubleshooting of All Applications
  • Manage the implementation of new services on applications and other delivery channels
  • To ensure all business applications are working fine
  • Support auto banker users for technical issue
  • Monitoring, management and coordination with vendor for Auto banker enhancements.
