Sr. Manager Business Development

  • To drive the sales divisional operations to enable sales teams to actively perform their visits/tasks.
  • Train and mentor the sales team on new products, tools, and features and identify the training need analysis to develop the team skills and growth.
  • Responsible for regional sales targets and KPI¡¦s.
  • Ensure proactive and collaborative management to prevent delays and bottlenecks; escalate issues timely for resolution.
  • Manage and drive the success of pilot runs on all regional level projects and share outcomes for further reviews and action.
  • Responsible for service/relationship of an existing client portfolio of the region and ensure growth and sustainability
  • Maintain effective sales pipeline of the region and its growth and progress.
  • Build a regional portfolio through additional, accounts, revenue and mobile wallets.
  • Responsible for regional reporting and sales forecast.
  • Manage all BTL & Direct Sales Activity in the region.
  • Maintain close coordination with the Sales Planning & Coordination teams.
  • Monitor & Develop Quarterly Sales Plan as per the departmental strategy to achieve targets.

  • Technical Training:
  • Experience in sales relation CRM
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Project experience
